Heather joined Blue Door in 2022 after relocating to Petaluma and beginning a powerful self-care journey. With no prior yoga experience, she quickly integrated it into her daily life—balancing her practice with regular weight training and a passion for personal growth. After 19 years as a corrections deputy in Mendocino County, Heather now brings her strength, compassion, and grounded energy to the front desk, offering guests a warm welcome and a sense of ease. When she’s not at the studio, she’s traveling to visit her daughter in Sydney or her son on the island of Oahu.
