At Blue Door Yoga & Wellness our community supports various paths to wellness through a discipline of self-care, movement, and traditional yogic philosophy.


1 / Why do we practice yoga?

At Blue Door, we blend deep yoga philosophy with a fun, welcoming environment. We value tradition but encourage questions and interaction. Every body is unique, and we provide all the props you need for a supportive practice – from blocks to straps, even sandbags.

2 /What should I bring to class?

Just bring yourself! Whether it’s your own mat or a bit of emotional baggage, come as you are. We provide mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, sandbags, blankets, and eye pillows for your comfort.

3 / What should I wear to class? 

Wear supportive, comfortable clothing that allows movement. Gentlemen, consider bike shorts under regular shorts. Ladies, fitted tops work best for poses like downward dog. Dress in layers for comfort during warm-up and savasana.
