Barbra is a ParaYoga® Level II Certified Teacher and Yoga Mindset Coach with over two decades of experience guiding students toward inner calm, clarity, and strength. Drawing from deep studies with Rod Stryker, Internal Family Systems, and the full spectrum of yogic tools, her classes blend breathwork, restorative postures, meditation, visualization, and mantra—inviting students to slow down and reconnect with Self. At Blue Door, Barbra leads “Yoga for Stress Relief” and private coaching sessions that center nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and emotional wellbeing.
