Born and raised in Petaluma, Kelly has been practicing yoga for over 20 years—first discovering its benefits while attending Sonoma State University. With a professional background in dental hygiene, she developed a deep appreciation for posture, alignment, and the body’s need for balance. Kelly’s classes are rooted in mindful movement and breathwork as tools for clarity, emotional grounding, and strength—on and off the mat. Her teaching style is energizing yet accessible, encouraging students to ground into the present moment and carry that positive energy into daily life.
