Tracy is a 200-hour certified YogaWorks instructor and longtime student of Zen Buddhism with nearly two decades of combined study in both traditions. Her teaching blends thoughtful, alignment-based asana with breathwork and mindfulness—guiding students toward balance, self-awareness, and embodied presence. In both her yoga and meditation classes, Tracy creates a quiet, compassionate space for students to explore stillness, cultivate resilience, and carry the teachings off the mat and into daily life.
